    Night Auditor

    • Responsible for all front desk and night drop-off, cash, and night drop. Also, and other duties as assigned by the Manager.
    • Assist the accounting Supervisor with the audit of credit card reports and sales reports using Excel spreadsheets and Access. Prepare and submit the monthly statements to the sales department.
    • Confer with management to resolve problems and make adjustments as needed. Maintain and update records of all office equipment and supplies.
    • Answer telephone calls and emails from the field and hotel operations. Provide assistance to guests regarding the issues and concerns of the guest.
    • Interview applicants to obtain information about their financial resources and services, and to determine if they are in compliance with the policies and procedures.
    • Review and analyze all guest and hotel reservations for accuracy and proper accounting. Also, assist with the day to day operation of the department.

    • Responsible for the implementation of Ultipro, Ceridian HR, and ADP Workforce Now. Assist with the conversion of payroll data from JDE to SAP.
    • Assisted the Controller with payroll reports, 401K, garnishments, and other special projects as requested by management. Worked closely with the accounting department to ensure accurate reporting of all employee time and attendance.
    • Provided support to the payroll Manager and HR team in the analysis and reporting of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial data.
    • Manage the payroll process for the entire company, including the implementation of a new HR and management system, and the integration of the payroll and benefit reporting systems.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by the Finance Director, including the processing of payroll data, and the distribution of paychecks to the appropriate agencies.
    • Worked closely with HR to ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee benefit deductions, including banking and reporting of payroll deductions, and garnishments.
